# Roadmap

> Public roadmap and implementation priorities for Reorder on Medusa v2.

This roadmap outlines what is currently available in Reorder and what is planned for upcoming releases.

## Current status

Reorder provides a complete foundation for recurring commerce in Medusa v2.

### Now (In progress)

* **Payment provider choice**: Select different payment gateways per subscription (e.g., Stripe, Adyen).
* **Delivery cadence**: Decouple fulfillment schedules from billing schedules (e.g., billed monthly, shipped weekly).
* **Custom retry timing**: Set merchant-defined days and hours for payment retries (e.g., Friday mornings).
* **Smart decline handling**: Cancel immediately on terminal declines (stolen/blocked cards) to avoid wasting retry attempts.
* **Demo store & agentic blueprints**: Production-grade reference store showcasing agentic development workflows.

### Next (Planned)

* **Custom bundles (Build-a-Box)**: Allow customers to pick items in a bundle and swap products between renewal cycles.
* **Food & bakery ordering**: Dedicated support for order cutoff times, delivery slots, and holiday pauses.
* **Dunning discounts**: Apply dynamic discounts (e.g., 50% off) on final retry attempts to reduce churn.
* **Stripe migration assistant**: CLI toolkit to import active subscriptions and payment methods from Stripe Billing.
* **Async analytics export**: Generate and download large analytics exports in the background without UI timeouts.
